I provide tailored physiotherapy services for support both during and after pregnancy. During our sessions, we will focus on safe exercise during pregnancy, labour and delivery preparation and managing pain. Our post-partum appointments will focus on strengthening and helping you return to activity safely!

Pre and Postnatal
Focused on addressing changes like pelvic pain, urinary incontinence, and vaginal dryness caused by hormonal shifts, we will work to improve pelvic floor function. These services aim to restore balance, alleviate symptoms, and support overall pelvic health so you can feel strong and confident during this life stage.

Perimenopause and Menopause
If you are experiencing symptoms such as incontinence, constipation, or pain with sex we will assess the root cause of the problem (ie pelvic floor tension, poor hip mobility, weakness) and provide a plan that targets the necessary pieces.

Pelvic Dysfunction
I specialize in developing personalized pain management plans to alleviate discomfort and improve quality of life. Through a combination of lifestyle changes and movement programming, we will put together a plan that makes your symptoms manageable to no longer impede in your life.

Designing strength and mobility programming no matter where you are in your fitness journey. Whether you are post-partum and want to return to running, or new to resistance training, we can work together to put together a plan for your goals.

I’m Jelena, a pelvic floor physiotherapist passionate about helping people in a space that has long been underserved. For too many years, we’ve been told there’s no solution for chronic symptoms—but I’m here to tell you that’s not true! Together, we can address your symptoms conveniently and effectively, all from the comfort of your home.
With years of experience in pelvic health, my passion for supporting people on their journey continues to grow. I’m excited to be part of yours and to help you feel empowered, strong, and confident!

Whether you’re preparing for pregnancy, navigating postnatal recovery, managing urinary or bowel incontinence, or dealing with chronic pelvic pain, I’m here to help you feel confident, strong, and free in your movement.

Prior to our first session, you will receive a detailed intake form that covers your pelvic floor and medical history, and injury history, which allows me to better personalize your session.
In our one-on-one session, we’ll dive deep into your symptoms, create a personalized plan tailored to your needs, and set clear goals to help you achieve success.
After your initial appointment, I'll provide you with a plan that includes lifestyle changes, behavioural changes, potential referrals to other health professionals, and specific exercises designed to target your needs.
