  • Incontinence (bowel or bladder leaking)

Pre and Postnatal

I provide tailored physiotherapy services for support both during and after pregnancy. During our sessions, we will focus on safe exercise during pregnancy, labour and delivery preparation and managing pain. Our post-partum appointments will focus on strengthening and helping you return to activity safely!

Perimenopause and Menopause

Focused on addressing changes like pelvic pain, urinary incontinence, and vaginal dryness caused by hormonal shifts, we will work to improve pelvic floor function. These services aim to restore balance, alleviate symptoms, and support overall pelvic health so you can feel strong and confident during this life stage.

Pelvic Dysfunction

If you are experiencing symptoms such as incontinence, constipation, or pain with sex we will assess the root cause of the problem (ie pelvic floor tension, poor hip mobility, weakness) and provide a plan that targets the necessary pieces.

Pelvic Pain

I specialize in developing personalized pain management plans to alleviate discomfort and improve quality of life. Through a combination of lifestyle changes and movement programming, we will put together a plan that makes your symptoms manageable to no longer impede in your life.

Fitness Support

Designing strength and mobility programming no matter where you are in your fitness journey. Whether you are post-partum and want to return to running, or new to resistance training, we can work together to put together a plan for your goals.
